Most providers swim one stroke. We take all four with you — and the full distance.

Software engineering, IT operations, virtual machines and web hosting. We do not climb out after the first length — we stay to the finish: from the first requirement through day-to-day operations to the handover to your own team.

Four strokes

All four, not just the easy one

Most providers master one of these strokes. We swim all four — which is why none of our projects dies at the seam between two suppliers.

Software engineering

Butterfly — the stroke that demands power and technique at once

Custom software shaped around your process — instead of an off-the-shelf product you have to reshape your process for.

We stay with you from requirements and architecture through implementation, documentation, training and sign-off. You get the source code, the docs and a developer who understands your domain — not a ticket queue.

  • .NET 10 / C#, Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL & MS SQL
  • REST and GraphQL interfaces, properly versioned
  • Web front ends in Angular, Svelte or React
  • Automated tests, CI/CD and reproducible releases

IT services

Backstroke — we watch your back

We keep your IT above water: planning, migration, operations and emergencies — with agreed response times instead of a hold queue.

Servers, Active Directory, network or storage: we plan the change, run it outside your business hours and document what is different afterwards. Then we keep operating it — or hand it over cleanly to your own team.

  • Migrations: Windows Server, Debian, Azure AD & Intune
  • Network, firewall and storage design
  • Monitoring, patch management and backup strategy
  • Maintenance contracts with a named engineer

Virtual machine hosting

Breaststroke — the drive happens below the surface

Highly available virtualisation on hardware we own, standing in Germany. Not resold capacity from someone else.

Your machines run on a Dell cluster with Xeon Gold CPUs and a Ceph SAN built from Micron U.3 NVMe and Intel Optane U.2. Live migration means we replace hardware while your VM keeps running. Snapshots and backups are part of operations, not a paid add-on.

  • High-availability cluster with zero-downtime live migration
  • Ceph SAN on NVMe, 100 GbE backbone
  • Snapshots, daily backups and restore tests included
  • Dedicated resource allocation — no overbooking

Web hosting

Freestyle — whatever gets you there fastest

Hosting for sites and applications that have to stay reachable — with our own DNS infrastructure and automatic certificates.

We run Debian systems with current PHP and .NET runtimes, our own name servers and automatically renewed Let’s Encrypt certificates. Looked after by the same people who built your software.

  • Debian with current PHP and .NET runtimes
  • Our own DNS infrastructure, DNSSEC capable
  • TLS certificates issued and renewed automatically
  • Daily backups, servers located in Germany

How we work

Three things you can rely on

Technology can be bought later. Working together cannot — so we have kept it the same for over 15 years.

  1. We explain things plainly

You will not get a slide deck full of jargon from us, but an explanation you can base a decision on. If something is expensive, risky or unnecessary, we say so — even when we would earn from it.

  2. We build into your system, not next to it

New software has to fit what already runs at your site. We check interfaces, existing data and operational processes up front — so the solution ends up being used rather than worked around.

  3. We hand knowledge over

Documentation, status meetings and training are part of the project, not an afterthought. The goal is for your team to understand the solution — dependency is not a business model.

Hosting

Cut to fit your situation

Load profile, connectivity, backup requirements and maintenance windows differ with every client. So there are no package tiers here to squeeze yourself into — you get a setup that fits how you actually operate.

Virtual machines

On our own high-availability cluster

We size CPU, memory and NVMe capacity against your actual load, not against a package. Snapshots, daily backup and zero-downtime live migration are part of operations, not a paid add-on.

Web hosting

Debian, our own DNS, automatic certificates

From a single site to an application with its own runtime. We set up exactly what your project needs — looked after by the same people who built your software.

  • Debian with current PHP and .NET runtimes
  • Our own DNS infrastructure, DNSSEC capable
  • TLS certificates issued and renewed automatically
  • Daily backups, servers located in Germany

Tell us what needs to run and how it is operated today. We look at your situation and work out a fitting setup — usually the same working day, with firm figures. Online ordering arrives in a later step.

What we're up to

The things we have most recently built, migrated or upgraded.

  1. Company

Relaunch of our website: a new presence with light and dark mode, in German and English, and a logbook that traces our work back to 2009.

  2. Company

Switched to XRechnung: every client now receives an electronic invoice compliant with the XRechnung standard — private individuals, businesses and public sector alike.

  3. Infrastructure

Connected our SAN using OpenFabric for even greater resilience across the cluster.

  4. Infrastructure

Expanded SAN storage capacity for upcoming requirements.

  5. Infrastructure

Migrated the web hosting cluster from MySQL to MariaDB.

  6. Infrastructure

Migrated the SAN cluster from Ceph 19.x Squid to 20.x Tentacle.
